This is a template that can be used to make your own choice activity. It is set up to have 10 choice options in the style "Find the (blank)" with one choice being yes, and one being no. The yes choice links to the reward page. The reward page links to the next choice page. 10 times through. I put a small yes or no on top of each button so you know where to put the correct and incorrect choice. It will need you to add your own choices, including adding the speech for the words you want in the template. The first page is "Find the question # 1 start here" and it loops through. It is designed to be used for scanners or for student working on this level.
