Description:
Learning to keyboard is not intuitive. The letter images on the keys are uppercase while the typed images are lowercase when the Shift key is not engaged. The letters on the keys are not in alphabetical order; their location must be learned. And remembering whether to use the right or left hand must also be learned. How confusing for a beginning keyboarder! This set of interactive boards is organized from an index that branches to six activities: matching lowercase letters to the top row of uppercase letters on the keyboard, matching lowercase letters to the middle row of uppercase letters on the keyboard, matching lowercase letters to the bottom row of uppercase letters on the keyboard, matching lowercase letters to the uppercase letters on the keyboard from A-Z, matching the letters from A-Z to their keyboard position, and correctly using left and right hand on a color-coded keyboard with message display. Appropriate boards provide a "Scramble" and "Again" button.
